Easter songs

We have Christmas songs, but no Easter songs. On Easter, I always want to sing this song. 

クリスマスの歌があるけど、イースターのがない。でも、毎年のイースターにこの歌を歌いたい。

A song

I’ve had a headache all day, so I have no energy to write a blog. Instead I have this song I’ve been listening to all day.

今日ずっと頭が痛かったから、ブログを書かない。その代わりにこの歌。よく聞いた。

I love the image in this line: “If His grace is an ocean, we’re all sinking.”

Church hymns

One of my favorite things about singing hymns in my church in Japan is that every once in a while, they’re a song we sing at home too.

日本の教会に賛美はヒムを歌う。アメリカに時々同じヒムを歌う。

Today we sang “All Creatures” which I didn’t realize was a hymn. I love the words to this song though.

今日は「ものみなこぞりて」を歌った。その歌はヒムが知らなかったけど、この歌の言葉が好き。
